I was invited to speak to the Greater Cincinnati Tourism Counsel
on the topic of “Making The Appointment” … what a great crowd! We
covered basic phone sales techniques
and various strategies you can use to get the customer in front of you.
It’s a rather lengthy video, but we were able to record the entire
session, and I’m excited to now share it with you!
